Done in collaboration with Sarah Cowles Gerhan, Allen Smart and Ohio State University students, “Snagged” is both a geographic investigation examining the condition of the border from San Diego to Brownsville and a physical installation. The installation reflects on the physical nature of the border – what flows along it and what flows across it and what gets “hung up” in the process.
