Boulder Civic Area Phase One Construction Complete

Boulder Parks and Recreation celebrated the opening of Civic Area Park’s Phase One of construction – the “park at the core” enhancements to Central Park on May 6 2018 with the residents of Boulder. Boulder’s Civic Area, designed by TLS will be the heart of Boulder with nature at its core, flanked by bookends of civic, cultural, and commercial buildings that are alive with activity, collaboration, and innovation at the east and west. It will be a place for everyone – a lively and distinct destination that reflects our community’s values, where people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and incomes feel welcome to recreate, socialize, deliberate, learn, and access city services.
